RepsTogether began with a group of friends who work out together at a local CrossFit gym. Wanting to push themselves beyond their regular workouts, they decided to start a simple yet effective challenge—completing 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 squats every Monday. Over time, they saw incredible results in their strength, endurance, and mindset. What started as a way to stay accountable to each other quickly turned into a powerful habit that transformed their fitness journey.

Seeing the positive impact on their own lives, they were inspired to share the challenge with others, creating a community focused on growth, consistency, and support. Today, they still train at their local gym, but the RepsTogether challenge has grown beyond their small group, welcoming participants from all over to join in and experience the benefits of this simple yet powerful routine.

What is the RepsTogether Challenge?

Every Monday, we complete:

100 Push-Ups
-
100 Sit-Ups
-
100 Squats
​
The goal is to finish all 300 reps unpartitioned—one movement at a time in the exact order above. Each movement must be performed according to the prescribed standards to ensure proper form. For example, for push-ups, this means bringing your chest all the way to the floor and fully extending your arms at the top of each rep.
​
You can take as much rest as needed between reps or movements, but your total time is measured from the moment you start your first push-up to the completion of your final squat.
​
This challenge is quick, requires no equipment, and can fit seamlessly into your busy schedule.

If you stay consistent for just ten weeks, that’s 1,000 push-ups, 1,000 sit-ups, and 1,000 squats—reps that you wouldn’t have done otherwise. Small effort, huge results.

Challenge Instructions
​
Push-Ups (100 Reps)

Start in a high plank position, with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

Lower your body until your chest touches the floor.

Push back up to full arm extension.

Maintain a straight line from head to heels throughout the movement.
​
Sit-Ups (100 Reps)
-
Begin lying flat on your back with knees bent and the soles of your feet together in a "butterfly" position.

Extend your arms back overhead until your hands touch the ground behind you.

Engage your core and sit up, reaching forward to touch the ground in front of your toes.

Lower yourself back down in a controlled manner until your shoulder blades and hands touch the ground behind you

Squats (100 Reps)

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.

Lower your body as if sitting in a chair, keeping your chest upright and knees tracking over your toes.

Go down until your thighs are parallel to the ground (or lower if possible).

Push through your heels to return to a standing position.
